Overview
The opening page of the EXcelerate dashboard shows the number of unique sources and individual data points that have been analysed. Additionally, there is an executive summary delivering key insights from the analysis as well as three overall scores: the EX score, the personal factors score, and the organisational factors score. The EX-score is the total summary of the analysis and gives the user a single figure to compare employee sentiment across all comparison groups.
Overall Scores Widgets
These 3 widgets provide a summary view of how people experience their work. The
Personal Variables Index focuses on how individual factors shape potential and
performance, while the Organisational Variables Index reflects the broader context
people work in. The EX Index brings these together into a single score, reflecting the interaction between the person and their environment.
